Centred Care offers Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, tailored to NDIS Participants living with Psychosocial or Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, personalised supports that align with your individual needs and NDIS goals. Our 24/7 supports are available at various ratios, from 2:1 to 1:3.
We provide SIL services in our welcoming properties or can provide these supports in the comfort of your own home. Our SIL homes are located in peaceful suburbs, close to public amenities. We respect that every individual is unique and will work closely with you and your network, to match you with compatible housemates and support workers.
You can expect a range of SIL supports, including:
- Personal care and grooming
- Meal preparation
- Maintaining a clean and tidy living space
- Laundry
- Medication management
- Overnight supports
- Developing daily living skills
- Supervision of your personal safety
