
At Centred Care, we provide supports to NDIS participants needing extra help to maintain their independence at home.
Our experienced support workers will assist you with self-care activities and personal domestic activities. These services are designed to help you build capacity with daily personal activities, through assistance, supervision or prompting.
Assistance with self-care activities may include assistance with:
- Meal preparation
- Implementing and maintaining your therapy strategies
- Personal care and grooming (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Caring for your health
- Building capacity in self-care routines


Assistance with personal domestic activities are supports to help build skills to maintain your home environment. These may include light household tasks, such as:
- Tidying up, organizing your home
- Implementing and maintaining your therapy strategies
- Changing bed linen
- Laundry and ironing
- Dishes
- Basic yard work
- Building capacity in your domestic routines
