Centred Care was founded by Thembe and Sipho Moyo, who gained firsthand experience with the NDIS while seeking support for their autistic son. Our Director, Thembe Moyo, is a committed Social Worker with a deep dedication to helping vulnerable and at-risk individuals. Her personal journey, extensive professional expertise and passion for this work drive Centred Care to deliver outstanding, tailored support for people with disabilities and children in out-of-home care. Thembe continues to support her son in navigating his NDIS plan and finding the best services for him. So, when you come to Centred Care there is a lot of heart that has been put into what we do.

All our staff have valid certifications and clearances, as per the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators, and are bound by the NDIS Code of Conduct. To uphold our value of excellence, Centred Care only employs staff who hold relevant qualifications and experience.
